September 3rd

Today, I delved deeper into Los Angeles by visiting Olvera Street, Chinatown and the Farmers Market. At each of the locales, my friends and I just cruised around, soaking up the sights and watching ridiculous people do ridiculous things. Although my friends were pretty ridiculous, too; they danced whenever they ate. Anyhow, here are some of the cell-phone-photos I gathered from our travels.

This was a really great owl purse that we saw on Olvera street. He looks like half owl, half Goomba.
Some sick skulls. There were signs all over this place with "you break you buy" written on them. I need more skulls in my life though. These guys were so badass.  There were also signs that said no pictures, hence the shoddy, guerilla-style quality.
Doppelganger restaurant with the same name as this place I went to almost every weekend in high school. Yum.

Delicious Nutella crepe that I had at the Farmers Market. Biggest regret: the lack of fruit inside. The guy that made it had mad skills though.
