September 5th
As per my friend Sarah Chong's suggestion, today I made pancakes. Not just any pancakes of course, because I have made pancakes before. These pancakes were homemade vegan blueberry pancakes. And they were delicious. It was quite an adventure making them, too. I had decided on a whim, while already at the grocery store, that I was going to make these treats for myself. I had to text my cousin to ask for an ingredients list. I ended up "borrowing" the sugar from the coffee station at a deli. Anyhow, despite the effort, or perhaps because of it, they turned out to be quite delicious. And I had enough batter for two days worth of pancake goodness!

Sounds tasty. How are vegan pancakes different?
ReplyDeletehooray!
ReplyDeleteVegan pancakes are different because there isn't any egg or milk in them so they don't give me salmonella nor a tummy ache.
